I called on a Thursday for the mobile service and I missed the tech. I was told that it was likely that they wouldn't be able to get to me until Friday but that if they could make it that day they would call before they arrived. So I walked downtown and shopped. I was called by the tech after he left my place, not before he arrived as I was told would happen. So I can place the fault with that miss on me. I called again Friday to see if someone could come out and I was told that they would have someone out. I told them that I would not leave and I'd wait for the tech
