I was referred to H20 Salon in Urbana from a friend. I called weeks in advance to schedule up-do's for a wedding for the entire wedding party & bride. We scheduled for 9:30am to make sure that we would have everyone finished by noon. (The bride and a bridesmaid were also scheduled to get make up). When we arrived at 9:15, there were NO STYLISTS there. NO ONE SHOWED UP UNTIL 10am. And at that time, it was only 2 stylists - there were supposed to be 4-5!
