On November of 2008 I signed a contract with this company for a modification for my home. Because at that time my monthly payment was too high for me. It was more then $2,000. They told me that I will have to pay them $574 a month until the modification was settle with the bank. They told me the longest it will take was 6 to 8 months. Due to the fact that i'am paying them that amount of money instead of paying it to my mortgage bank for all those months.That my house will not go on to forclosed.
