Of all the car dealerships I have had dealings with over the years, this is the absolute worst. The previous Cadillac dealership we dealt with for service was wonderful, courteous, and spoiled you rotten. This one? More interested in arguing with you (girl at desk) or completely ignoring what you came in for in the first place!! Last time I went in they did an incorrect repair AND screwed up my turn signal. Will, from now on, drive out of town for service on my Cadillac.
