I love the convenience of a drive through car wash but my last two visits to Water Works have not been the best experience. I placed a $10.00 bill in their change machine to use the vacuum and received nothing in return. I called the number they provided for assistance and they were kind enough to refund me by mail. However, I did have to wait 4 days. In returning to use the car wash, I placed a $5.00 bill in and received no credit to use the wash.
