After supplying Curington Contractors Inc. with a $5000 deposit, HOA information and signing a contract they increased the price to build by over $6500. In doing so we could no longer afford to build. During the signing of the contract the builder was asked if there would be any additional costs. We were told "No". Curington then blamed the additional cost on us due to our lot that they had already reviewed The contract was signed weeks after the initial meeting thus giving them enough time to put together a price.
