When my spa broke down I tried calling around, going down the list of repair businesses like many of us consumers do. The few businesses that did pick up were surprisingly not eager to work on any model except their own. They were more like high pressured sales people quick to say it would be better just to buy a new spa then investing in mine, which is only 5 year old and has been well maintained. I got lied to about parts not being available, it seem like dead end after dead end. The prices I got from other competitors did not seem reasonable for the parts, repair
