I am Megan writing a review to the one that got written about me in 2008. I told the gal that since she was 10 min late I could wash her hair and not dry it or just cut it dry. She at that time was fine with that, so therefore that is what we did. She left and then called and complained to me on the phone that I was not personable, well I then explained I would give her money back, but being late is really hard to make things work and I apologized to hear that.
