Bob was the best. I inherited this incredible gorgeous Grandfather Clock from my Grandfather and it just arrived here in Austin from California on Friday. I called Bob and he came over the very next day, a Saturday no less, and put it all together for me. He spent four long hours fixing, repairing and restringing it. He adjusted all the settings, including the moon dial; He leveled it and set the pendulum so that the clock is keeping perfect time.
