Using Nami for jewelry repair was a big mistake. I have them my movado watch and paid for a repair. After several months of them not returning my watch and misleading me about the status of the repair, they have finally admitted that the watch has been lost. Mistakes happen..however, nami has refused to take any responsibility for the loss and has tried to give my husband someone else's watch (most likely also sent in for repai) TWO TIMES as a substitute for the loss. This is dishonest and not any way to run a business
