Have receipt that says "lady's 14k bracelet." Recently went to sell it. There were no markings stamped on it. Jeweler tested it 3 times and each time it tested to be 10k. Shame on you. Shame, shame, shame. BRING YOUR OWN ACID AND TESTING STONE if you are going to shop here. NOT NICE. SO NOT NICE.
