Your Local Attorney. Cecily A. Mirise has been in active law practice since being licensed by the Washington State Bar Association in 1997. She had over 12 years’ experience as a paralegal and in 1993, enrolled in Seattle University law school at night, graduating cum laude. She earned her B.A. in 1982 from the University of Maryland. Cecily was a partner in the firm of Gagley, Mirise & Williams, LLP, in Kent, WA, before relocating to Kitsap County and opening an office in Silverdale in 1999. She has practiced at 2843 NW Kitsap Place since then. She has been active in Kitsap Legal Services, earning four awards for her pro bono legal assistance to deserving low-income clients.
