The representative at the Spokane Home and Garden Show 2013 was rude to my mother. He insulted her during his demonstration and when my mother called to complain to the OWNER of the company, he laughed at her. I will never buy a product from this company and I will post this negative feedback EVERYWHERE I can. PNW International, work on your customer service skills!
