HORRIBLE!!! I brought my pup in for his last Parvo shot. I use Cesar Millan's techniques and they HATE him. My pup weighs in at 45lbs and I use a choke chain on him, but have NEVER abused it's use, NEVER. They told me that if I use any physical discipline then it is abuse. I told them that I completely disagree. The "behaviorist" wacko refused to give my puppy his shots because she disagreed with me. She screamed at me all the way out the door, even with quite a few customers in the waiting area, screaming that I was an animal abuser. I hav
