Don't waste your time and money with Dean Technologies%u2019 incompetent technician, rude/poor customer service for these reasons: 1)The technician showed up late 2)He work on the HVAC for 15 minutes left for couple of hours then come back to work on the HVAC for 30 more minute 3)The HVAC still have the same issue on the next day! 4)Dean Technologies billed me for the total of 5 hrs when the technician only work on the HVAC for the total of 45 minutes! what a ripoff
