After I received my instructor certification I started to have some major issues with the business of SOS CPR. My instructor certification was complete in November of 2012. I had no problems until about July/August of 2013. I scheduled a couple CPR classes for August and in July I tried to contact Laurie to order cards. As per her request I tried texting her iPhone first. The messages all stated that they were delivered and that she had %u201Cread%u201D them. However she never answered. I began emailing and trying to leave phone messages. I still was unable to contact her.
