In October of 2011 I purchased hearing aids from the above Better Hearing who had set up shop in Days Inn located in Rawlins Wyoming. They indicated that they would be servicing my hearing aids by checking on them and would call me when next in town as they come in every other month. After several phone calls they have yet to call me to set up a check of my hearing aids. I checked with the City of Rawlins and they have never purchased a license to operate within the City of Rawlins. The last time I called them I was told that I could send my hearing aids a $4,500.00 in
