9.5 hours billed to do a 90 minute job... I would NEVER do business with this company again. The workmanship was good, the people who did the work were competent but management does not have a clue about customer service. Never told me about the travel time I was incurring. Finally it took four calls to get a call back when I politely called to complain about the inflated travel time.
