I bought a tanning package at this shop but I have experienced on 3 different occasions where I go to tan and the shop is closed during business hours. I am very frustrated when I pay for something I am not able to use when it is suppose to be unlimited and I asked when I bought the package. Do I need to schedule an appointment before coming? I was told "ONLY DURING PROM SEASON"!
