My initial trip to Paper Planet presented my mom and I with terrible customer service. No one even wanted to help us. However, someone finally did, and the product being fully customizable, I chose to go ahead and proceed with making my invitations. From there it went downhill. I live three hours away and had to go back on 4 occasions to look at "proofs". When they say proofs they mean colors thrown together and e-mailed to you, they do not mean a hard copy form. Marissa, the girl who did my order, said, "yes next weekend you will have a completed proof
