We were looking for a simple lawn mower repair. From the very first meeting, in shop, we felt "mistreated" with the Old Lady's ("Mrs. Schaffer") rude, abrupt and inconsistent demeanor. She and her son, who seem to find yelling loudly in front of the customers acceptable (it is NOT) were so very ungrateful for our business, loud, calculated, misinforming and omitting information such as pricing, delivery restrictions or even informing us of their so-called "clearly posted behind the counter" sign that states a $42.50 "Estimate" fe
