We worked with Emerald for our December wedding. The day of the wedding, the party bus that was meant to take up to our reception broke down. Not only did it break down, but at red light or long stops, the driver would shut down the limo leaving us in pitch black - with no warning. We ended up being very late for our cocktail hour (only getting to see 15 minutes of it). So, stuff happens. However, Emerald failed to call us back multiple times (we called/emailed multiple times with no response), was very rude on the phone, would tell us to call to tal
