After reading other reviews I was very specific in that I wanted new not reconditioned parts and that I wanted the old part. The mechanic Randy stated he only used new parts as the reconditioned ones were horrible. Hours later I get a call that my car is ready and it was cheaper than quoted. I asked why to be informed he couldn't get the part ordered so he used a reconditioned part. No call to ask if that would do just a statement telling me it was done. I go in to get the car and he's not there, the part isn't there and there is no deion or itemization of the part used. He
