Tyler was a great saleman and we were sold. Then the nightmare began. Kent, the owner and general contractor, mismanaged our time, our money, and the subcontractors. We even had his workers threatening us with a lien because he had not paid them. Kent would not return phone calls, would not show up for appointments, and laughed in our faces. After 7 months (of a 5week job) of dealing with Kent's lying, unprofessional behavior and work ethics we finally paid him off just to be done. Now we found another pool company to finish the job at great cost to us.
