This company was hired a couple of times and I always had the finest service and close to perfection at it's finest when using for new counters. For some reason the gal I was use to working with had been let go and in turn someone new took her place. It is obvious that the new employee should have not been the one to do so. When I called to schedule she was rude and interrupted me as I tried to explain my needs. She scheduled me for a specific day and no one ever showed up.
