Review

The morning of my event (8 AM) they were a no show. They called after 9 AM and left a message saying they would come as soon as we confirmed our location and time. We called multiple times but no one answered. Finally we got through to them and they reluctantly came and set up...it was almost 2 PM by the time they were set up. I spoke to the representative on site and we agreed to discount the cost 50%. I called Monday and no one answered nor returned my call. On Tuesday I finally got someone on the phone who put me through to one of the owners Jerry Dean. Jerr
