It was very different than what I thought. I thought it was more like teachers and classes. What I thought was more helpful to me was the group sharing and the counselors and encouragement to stay sober over and over again. In group what I learned about myself is that I was ignoring many things that have to do with addictions and using and abusing alcohol or drugs. The treatment change my way of thinking about drinking and driving, it made me realize how much I have lost for drinking and driving and I don%u2019t want to go through this again.
