While they make beautiful arrangements, DO NOT reply on them to deliver when promised. I have had two experiences where they delivered a day later than promised and only after I had to contact them because my family asked if I had gotten my flowers. Nothing like getting flowers from your husband the day after your anniversary or flowers from your family the day after the special event.
