I went to Bella Beauty to purchase clip in hair extensions, the women that worked there were extremely helpful in helping me select the right color and product, they spent a lot of time assisting me. I purchased their cheaper human hair extensions, took them home and wore them for the night. They were not really what I was wanting and I had problems keeping them in so the next day I called the store and asked about returning them, returning hair is usually not an option.
