I went to Bella Beauty to purchase clip in hair extensions, the women that worked there were extremely helpful in helping me select the right color and product, they spent a lot of time assisting me. I purchased their cheaper human hair extensions, took them home and wore them for the night. They were not really what I was wanting and I had problems keeping them in so the next day I called the store and asked about returning them, returning hair is usually not an option. They told me to bring them on in. The women helped me pick out different extensions and exchange
