I bought a used phone friday before labor day and was told that i can easely exchange if needed.today ' Tuesday I called the store and ask to come in and to exchange cause my phone doesn;t work properly the man on the phone said pls come in and I'll exchange it for you. When I got the to the store the man must have changed his mind and told me that he is not going to exchange a used phone used phone don;t need to work peferct that why they are used. The man told me that i was advised only exchanges within 24 hours. Not sure which statement is correct the 24 hou
