If they were to spend more money on mariachi bands, dresses with full skirts like all those people in Mexico wear (don't they???) and use Ground beef and processed cheese, and get a chiahua as spokespet (person?) they would probably fill the place with customers. But then we would lose our favorite spot to enjoy made-to-order AUTHENTIC delicious meals of fresh ingredients prepared by personable Mexican chefs.
