We met this company through the Knoxville Home Show in the Fall of 2010. We were "awarded" a $1,000 gift certficate/discount for submitting our information during the home show. We moved and thought it would be a great way to personalize the new home. Once we were settled in the new home, the company contacted us to set up an appointment for the owner to come and discuss our desires. We decided on a new deck behind the home and set the appointment. THAT appointment was rescheduled 3 times. The man was "out of town on another job", "other job ran long
