This vendor is not an authorized reseller of Lenovo laptops, as stated to me in email from Lenovo, contrary to what TED, the owner of HIDevolution told me before I purchased 2 laptops for nearly $10,000. $6,100 for one and $3,775 for the other. Both computers had start up errors on the very first day as this vendor does not know how to install Windows OS or provide any help for any of the defective SSD drive errors encountered.
