I ordered a taxi from them. The woman was incredibly rude, mean and ill-tempered towards me and started yelling and screaming at me, a paying customer, over a small misunderstanding of where I was supposed to be dropped. She then threatened to kick me out of the car and was an absolutely rude and acted disgraceful towards me. She failed to understand a simple concept in business/service industry: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Besides that, the car is rundown and rusting. The only reason they are cheap is b/c they know their drivers are incredibly rude to customers
