Farm Home... managed the sale of a home for us in Roosevelt, Utah. This being our 3rd sale of a property without the assistance of a Realtor, I must say this was the most unprofessional closing that we have ever encountered. Purchase agreement and Closing Doc's both stated that we received earnest monies that we did not. As a courtesy only, not being listed on the "conditions page" we agreed to "change out" all the kitchen appliances. Coming from Southern Utah this was by no means a simple task, yet again, an act of kindness not outlined in legal documents. Farm Home &
