Absolutely terrible. Road America hired these guys to come out and change my wheel one day on the side of Rt. 50. I have performance tires with aftermarket rims installed on my car that need a lug extension and I notified them of this before they came out. JP showed up 30 minutes late, I gave the technician the lug extension and he never used it. Completely destroyed the lug wells with the tire iron and did not notify me until the service was completed and papers signed. Then they deny all liability and I am now out $200 for a wheel repair that they aren't going to co
