have 2 sets of twins, each one of them very different from the other. Charm City has given each of my four children exactly what I wanted for them to get out of their training. For my oldest, self-confidence; for her twin, an outlet for energy/aggression. For the oldest of my boys, discipline; and for my youngest, coordination. I was surprised that one activity can do so many different things The instructors do not merely teach kicking; they model for the kids how kenpo can be a way of life for them, to help them succeed both on and off the mat.
