DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The install went good, and the tech was very nice. But the customer service after the install was, and is horrible. When we call in for a question about the system they are very rude. The ladies on the other end need to be fired!! Asked to speak to a manager, it never happened! Not to mention the billing issues we have had as well. Over charging and not giving credits that were promised. Please avoid this company, and avoid the headaches!
