INCOMPETENT!!!! I wrecked my 250 scooter and called this company from the scene while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. I explained what was going on to the dispatch woman, gave her the description of my bike, plate number and specific directions to where the bike was located. I explicitly explained that I was on my way to the hospital and would not be available to speak to the tow truck driver.
