Old School Properties bought my apartment building less than a month ago. The owner, Alex, sent a letter saying that we had to leave at the end of the month, with no option of renewing our lease. Since then, he's had his workers park in the spots that the tenants pay to use. When this was brought up to him he said we were no longer allowed to use the spots because it's HIS property, although he's still supposed to be honoring the lease we already have. He brings prospective tenants to view the apartment without giving us ANY notice. After this happened
