VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. UNORGANIZED. RUDE. CASUAL ATTITUDE TOWARD THEIR CONSIGNORS AND CUSTOMERS! Long story that you can read on Google reviews. They mishandled and misplaced many items belonging to me and refused to make it right. They literally said to me, "We have 1600 consignors; we can't possibly keep track of all of the items that come through the store." Um, You're a consignment shop! Pretty sure THAT IS YOUR JOB! Nightmare. Don't give them your business. You deserve better.
