Terrible terrible terrible, rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER use this company again. I called him out to fix my 55in TV. I was having audio problems as the volume would shoot sky high during commercials and reduce to a whisper during the show. He stopped by and charged me $20 to take a look at it. He got the model number and said he needed to go to his office and that he would return or send another employee later. He said he would let me know what needed to be done and tell me the price so that we could agree before he fixed anything. A few hours later an employee
