I live in Elizabeth twp. and since these people have taken over our garbage contract my cans have been totally destroyed. I have called for 2 weeks not and I also called the municiple bldg.They finally called me today telling me the owner went to my house and said the cans that have been broken , lids smashed and now missing wheels is typical wear and tear and that he was not going to replace them to put my trash in large black bags in front of my house.
