Cani investments is a total scam. Check out case.net, they are constantly evicting their renters over petty things. Then they move new renters in and charge another huge deposit and first months rent. And theY NEVER repeat NEVER fix anything or answer your calls. And you still have to pay the rent if you don't you will get an eviction notice 1 week past due.
