We decided to install hardwood in our new condo. We thought, timing was our worst enemy - all hardwood that we liked could be delivered only in a month. So we found this company. We selected hardwood that was so-so but manager assured us that it would be delivered in 2 days. Next day they called and told that it's not available. They showed us another sample and we agreed on it ... again. And guess what, they delivered hardwood by another brand and it looks completely different from the sample. But what choice do we have?
