Evidently when you write a review about Jim's, they don't like it too much and will absolutely REFUSE to do business with you. We called them to get an estimate on a brand new unit (hoping we would actually get Jim and not the previous individual that came out because we used Jim before and loved him) so they set up an appointment to come out. They came out all right. They printed off my previous review and said it would be in their best interset not to do business with us. That's great considering my husband took the morning off from work to have this estimate
