HORRIBLE!! Really doesn't deserve any stars! Everything is a total rip off, its overpriced, fake, broken and looks like it came from Kmart's costume jewelry section. The service reps lie and don't make things right even when they sell you broken jewelry! Seriously save yourself now don't waste your time or money at this horrible establishment!!!!!
