Let me start by saying, Phones Plus is NOT an authorized Verizon dealer. This would have been helpful to know prior to signing up with Verizon. If you have ANY issues after 30 days (which is when your phone will start to have problems), Phones Plus will not be able to help you. Go to the kiosk in the Roseburg mall. That being said, Phones Plus signed me up for services that I VERY clearly stated that I did not need. This was later resolved by Verizon customer service after hours spent on the phone.
