AVOID, AVOID, AVOID After spending over $3,000 at Parks Auto to get the air conditioning on my 2008 Chrysler repaired, I showed the bill to the service manager at a Chrysler dealership during my last oil change. After doing some figuring he determined that Parks overcharged me over $500.00 for parts and for approx. 3.5 more labor hours than the service manual suggests for repair time. I did learn two valuable lessons from this experience. 1. Always get a second opinion. 2. NEVER take your car to Jim Parks Auto.
