I called them to find out the cost of cleaning my laptop (dust inside and such)..I had told them the model number and was sure they knew it was a laptop..I was quoted a price of $15..I then spoke to them 1 other time and was told the same, but when I took it in they said would cost $75 claiming they thought it was a desktop.. I 100% advise you take your computer elsewhere, if this a sign of their business ethics who knows what else they will do to cheat people...
